What makes it a deep clean
A regular clean keeps a home ticking over. A deep clean gets into the places a weekly visit never reaches: the tops of cupboards, the inside of the oven, the grout, the skirting boards behind furniture, the limescale that has built up on shower screens and taps, the window frames. It takes roughly three-quarters longer per room, which is why we book it at £30.99 an hour with a longer time allowance rather than pretending it fits in a two-hour slot.

How is a deep clean different from a regular clean?
Time and scope. A regular clean covers surfaces, floors, kitchen and bathrooms. A deep clean adds the inside of the oven, limescale removal, skirting boards, doors, switches, inside windows, under furniture and the tops of cupboards, with around 75% more time per room.
How long does a deep clean take?
About 3 hours for a one-bed flat, 3.5 hours for a two-bed and 4 hours for a three-bed house with one bathroom. Larger homes are usually split across a longer day or two visits.
Do I need to tidy before the cleaner arrives?
Clearing surfaces and floors of belongings helps the cleaner spend the time on cleaning rather than moving things. You do not need to clean before we clean.
Do you bring the products?
Yes. Everything is included in the hourly rate. If you prefer specific products, or have allergies or delicate surfaces, add a note to your booking.
