How a regular clean with ReadyClean works
This is the service most of our customers across Cheshire and South Manchester use: one cleaner, matched to your home by postcode, who comes weekly at £24.99 an hour or fortnightly at £28.99 an hour. The price includes their products and equipment, our insurance and cover if they are ever ill or on holiday, and there is no agency fee or contract.
The number of hours is set by the rooms in your home, not guessed. A typical three-bed, one-bathroom house is about 2.5 hours, which is around £62 a week or £72 a fortnight. You see the exact figure before you confirm, and you can add or remove rooms and add-ons from your account at any time.
Every cleaner has been interviewed in person by our team and holds a valid DBS certificate. Once matched, they stay with you: they learn where things go, what you care about and what to leave alone, and you message them through your account rather than swapping phone numbers.

A regular visit is not a deep clean. If your home needs a reset first, book a deep clean and then switch to weekly or fortnightly; most customers do exactly that.

Weekly or fortnightly?
Weekly (£24.99/hr)
Best for families, pets, larger homes and anyone who wants the house to feel done every week. Slightly lower hourly rate because the home is easier to maintain.
Fortnightly (£28.99/hr)
The most popular choice for couples, professionals and smaller homes. Each visit takes the same hours as weekly but there is more to do, hence the slightly higher rate.

Regular House Cleaning: your questions answered
How much does a regular cleaner cost?
Weekly is £24.99 an hour and fortnightly is £28.99 an hour, products and equipment included, no booking fee. Independent cleaners around Cheshire typically charge £15 to £20 an hour before you add your own products, insurance and cover for holidays; agencies often add a £40 or so booking fee. A typical three-bed home is about 2.5 hours a visit.
Will I always get the same cleaner?
Yes. If they are ill or on holiday we tell you in advance and offer a vetted cover cleaner; you can decline and wait if you prefer.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most customers leave a key or a key-safe code in their booking notes; only your matched cleaner sees it, and you can message them through your account.
Do I provide the products?
No, your cleaner brings everything. If you would rather they use yours, or you have allergies or delicate surfaces, say so in the notes.
Is there a contract?
No. Weekly and fortnightly bookings roll on until you pause or cancel from your account, with 24 hours' notice for any single visit.
When do I pay?
We do not take card details when you book. After each visit we email an invoice and you have 7 days to pay online. Regular customers get one invoice per visit.
