What an end of tenancy clean from ReadyClean covers
An end of tenancy clean is the deep, room-by-room clean a property needs when one household leaves and another arrives. It is the clean your tenancy agreement usually asks for ("professionally cleaned to the standard at the start of the tenancy"), and it is the one landlords and agents in Warrington, Altrincham and Wilmslow book between lets so the inventory check goes smoothly.
We price it by the rooms in the property at £32.99 an hour, with a longer time allowance per room than a regular clean because everything is done to inventory standard: inside the oven, fridge and cupboards, limescale off taps and screens, skirting boards, doors, switches and inside windows. You see the exact price before you confirm, we do not take card details, and the invoice can be addressed to you, your landlord or the agent.
Every cleaner is interviewed and DBS-checked by us and covered by our insurance. If anything is picked up at the check-out inspection within 24 hours of the clean, tell us and we send someone back to put it right at no charge.

Who books end of tenancy cleaning with us
Tenants moving out
Book for the day after you have emptied the property and before the check-out inspection. You do not need to be there; leave a key or key-safe code in your booking notes. Your invoice arrives by email afterwards and you have 7 days to pay.
Landlords between lets
One booking gets the property viewing-ready. You get the same vetted cleaner for every changeover if you want, and we invoice you rather than the outgoing tenant.
Letting agents
Send us the address, access details and the date the keys are back. Invoices can go to the agency, and several agents in Warrington and Altrincham use us for regular turnovers.
Moving into a new home
The same clean, before your furniture arrives, so the kitchen and bathrooms are genuinely yours from day one. Book it as a move-in clean; the price is the same.

End of Tenancy Cleaning: your questions answered
How much does an end of tenancy clean cost?
It is £32.99 an hour with all products and equipment included and no booking fee. Typical totals: a one-bed flat about £99, a two-bed about £115, a three-bed house about £132. Fixed-price end of tenancy firms across Cheshire typically quote £185 to £300 for the same properties, often with extras on top for the oven or inside windows. You see your exact price before you confirm.
Will it pass the check-out inspection and get my deposit back?
We clean to inventory standard, following the checklist above, which is what agents and inventory clerks compare against. Deposit deductions can also relate to damage or wear that no clean fixes. If the inspection flags anything about cleanliness within 24 hours of our visit, tell us and we send someone back to put it right at no charge.
How long does an end of tenancy clean take?
About 3 hours for a one-bed flat, 3.5 to 4 hours for a two or three-bed house and 5 to 6 hours for a four-bed with two bathrooms. Empty properties are faster; a property still full of furniture takes longer and we will say so when you book.
Do I need to be there?
No. Most tenants hand us a key or a key-safe code in the booking notes; only your matched cleaner sees it. Landlords and agents usually meet the cleaner at the property or leave keys at the branch.
Is the oven included?
Yes. The oven, hob, extractor, fridge, freezer and cupboards are all cleaned inside and out as standard. That is one of the main differences from a regular clean.
Do you clean carpets?
Carpets are vacuumed edge to edge as standard. Steam or shampoo carpet cleaning is a separate trade with different equipment and is not included; if your tenancy agreement requires it we can point you to a local specialist.
Can you do it this week?
Usually, yes. Book online and pick a date; morning slots go fastest. If you are in Wilmslow, Altrincham or Warrington we have the most availability, and every other area we cover is listed below.
Which areas do you cover for end of tenancy cleaning?
Wilmslow, Altrincham, Alderley Edge, Warrington, Lymm, Knutsford, Hale, Sale and Stockton Heath, plus the villages around them. Enter the property's postcode when booking and we confirm cover instantly.
